During this long period of time, SOtM has released several products, including the USB hub type products as the tX-USBhub and tX-USBultra, and the tX-USBexp which is the upgraded in the PCI type of tX-USB to PCI express type, which are all recognized as still the best in the industry.

 And finally, these tX-USB series products, which have been a long run for about 12 years, were upgraded to the tX-USBx10G.

 The tX-USBx10G, as you may already get a hint from the model name, it supports USB 3.1 Gen 2×1 specification, supporting USB SuperSpeed of up to 10Gbps.

 Over the past 12 years, the USB specification has continued to develop, supporting speeds of up to 20Gbps. However, to support this speed, a USB type C cable must be used which means that it can’t be directly used for most USB audio devices that require only using the Type A to Type B cable.

 As a result, the tX-USBx10G applies the USB 3.1 Gen 2×1 specification that can support the fastest speed among the specifications that can be directly connected to the Type A to Type B cable used for High End USB audio devices without the need for a separate conversion gender.

 The most noticeable improvement in sound aspect of the tX-USBx10G is that it expresses singer’s voice and textures of instruments without distortion very clearly, as if they were present at the scene.
